The Master's degree in Physics degree provides graduates with a solid theoretical and practical preparation that allows them to study further (3rd cycle - PhD) or to join the labor market. Betting on a consistent training in Modern Physics, the course has three areas of specialization: Condensed Matter Physics, Nuclear and Particle Physics, and Computer Modeling and Simulation. These are areas of excellence of the Department of Physics FCTUC, supported by research centers of international reputation, worthy of the highest ratings in assessments by the FCT.
